US Domestic Shipping & APO/FPO

We offer flat rate shipping & handling via USPS within the US, US Territories, and to any APO/FPO military address (worldwide). Our flat rate is $4.95 for a first device (plus an additional $1 per device shipped in the same order.)

International Shipping

International shipping will be calculated at checkout

Local Pickup

Local pickup in upper Manhattan is available, select Local Pickup at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a day & time.

If you are having difficulty recording, or if you suspect the item is defective and you would like a replacement, contact us at hello@givereadtome.com and our engineer will gladly arrange a video call to walk you through the process or diagnose the issue. 30 Days to Return

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please return in its original box, or other suitable shipping box. Include your full name and email address, and your order number (if you have it.)

Return Costs

Buyer pays for return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will issue a refund to the credit card or other method of payment used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal account used at purchase, we will contact you to arrange alternate refund method.
